I would like to try Tournament Shark. How do I get a trial license?
Download Tournament Shark , launch it and click Obtain Trial License, enter your email address and click Ok. The license information will be emailed to that email address.
I enter the license id and password and get an error message. Did I do something wrong?
Please make sure you have entered the correct license id and password. Please keep in mind the trial license is valid for 3 days. Also, you cannot request multiple licenses from the same computer. If you need more time to test Tournament Shark or require additional licenses please contact support at support@pokerprolabs.com .
How do I use Tournament Shark?
Tournament Shark is very easy to use. Launch it and minimize it. TS will continue to run in your system tray. Launch a poker tournament and TS will attach to your table automatically. You do need to log into the site for TS to display data.
Do I need to do anything else?
Depending on what kind of tournament you are playing you may have to specify which module Tournament Shark to load. For example, if you are playing a 6-players SNG you would click the radio button next to 6 and select the SNG radio button.
Can I see MTT stats on my opponents while playing an SNG?
Yes. Simply click on the MTT radio button and available MTT stats will be displayed.
What are those abbreviations along the bottom bar?
Max Players 2 5 6 8 9 10 radio buttons – these radio buttons allow you to specify what kind of table you are sitting at so that TS can use the correct module.
Refresh - Refreshes data at your table
MTT - Loads the MTT module with data
SnG - Loads the SNG module with data
HUP - Loads the Heads-up module with data
Seat – Seat the player is sitting in
Player Name – Player name at the table
Games Played – Number of games played by the players
Avg. Profit – Average profit made by the player
Wins/Losses – Number of wins and losses in the last 20 games
E% - Percent of early finishes
EM% - Percent o Early-Middle finishes
M% - Percent of Middle finishes
ML% - Percent of Middle Late finishes
Avg Buy-in – Average Buyin
L% - Percent of Late finishes.
One or more players my tables are not captured. What can I do?
Tournament Shark is fully interactive allowing you to type in a missing player’s name directly into the bottom grid. Once the player’s name is entered click off on any adjacent line in the grid to refresh your entry.
What sites and tournaments do you currently support?
We currently support all tournaments (SNGs, MTT and Heads-ups) on Full Tilt and PokerStars.
Will you be adding other sites in the future?
